Shipping Information
ASU ACTIVE ships worldwide using COURIER CENTER for domestic orders and international orders. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, and we do not ship on weekends or holidays.

 

Depending on the shipment address you have selected, your order will arrive:

  • Domestic shipments: Within 2-4 business days after dispatch.
  • International shipments: Delivery times may vary based on the destination and customs clearance, typically ranging from 5-20 business days.

 

Upon placing your order, you will receive an automated confirmation email. Once your order has shipped—usually within 24-48 hours—you’ll receive another email with tracking information. Please ensure that the email address provided during checkout is correct, as it cannot be modified after submission.

Please note that all orders are subject to product availability. If any item is unavailable, our customer service team will reach out to you via email.

Customs and Import Taxes
International shipments may incur taxes and duties, which are determined by your local government. Please be aware that we are not responsible for any customs fees or duties associated with international orders; these charges are the responsibility of the purchaser. For further details on your country’s customs policies, please contact your local customs office.

Payment Methods
We accept various payment methods for online purchases, including:

  • PayPal
  • Cash on delivery (valid for domestic orders only)
  • Pay with card
  • Bank account deposit

 

Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please email us at support@asuactive.com as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request; however, if your order has already shipped, our standard return policy will apply.

 

Modifications
Please note that orders cannot be modified once they have been submitted. If you need to make any changes, please contact us as soon as possible.

Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking information indicates that your package was delivered but you have not received it,

please email us at support@asuactive.com or contact the courier for domestic orders to file a trace claim. We are not responsible for packages reported as lost or missing after showing successful delivery.

 

Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking number to be activated, as updates may not be immediately available. If you do not receive your tracking information, please contact us.
