Return Eligibility:
- Items must be returned within 14 days from the day you received them.
- Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
- Sale items are final and cannot be returned.
- DIRTY/WORN CLOTHING OR PIECES MISSING TAGS/LABELS WILL NOT BE REFUNDED!
How to Initiate a Return:
1. Please email our customer service team at support@asuactive.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
2. You will receive a return authorization (RA) number and further instructions on how to return your items.
Refund Process:
- Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it and process your refund within 5-7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
Exchanges:
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please return the original item following the steps above and place a new order for the desired item.
